Implementation Agreement (IA)

RPPL has signed an Implementation Agreement (IA) with the Government of Pakistan. The agreement puts in place the rights and obligation of RPPL and the Government of Pakistan. The terms of the agreement are in line with the provisions of the 1994 energy policy framework. The term of the IA shall expire in 2031.
