Long Term Maintenance Service Agreement

The Company had a Long Term Maintenance Service Agreement since Commercial Operations Date i.e December 1999 till November, 2010 with Siemens AG, Germany for annual maintenance of the plant and has again entered into a new Long Term Maintenance Service Agreement with a Consortium of Siemens Germany and Siemens Pakistan effective from December 2010. The contract insures reliable & preferred services by the OEM to the company.
