BUSINESS CONDUCT GUIDELINES

Integrity guides our behavior toward our business collaborators, colleagues, shareholders and the cosmopolitan public.

This basic statement of our Corporate Principles constitutes the fundament of the Business Conduct Guidelines of our Company Rousch (Pakistan) Power Limited. Both our strategic considerations and our day-to-day business must always be grounded on high ethical and legal criteria.

To a significant degree, our Company’s public image is defined by our actions and by the way each and every one of us presents and conducts himself or herself, and particularly by the deference we express each other. We all share the responsibility for having our Company meet its corporate social responsibility to the extent possible.

The Business Conduct Guidelines are generally binding rules applicable to every employee. They shall assist us meet ethical and legal challenges in our daily work. Any employee who has questions and comments may contact his/ her superior or the undersigned for that purpose.
